The person signing the Booking Form confirms that he/she has read and accepted these Conditions of Rental and has the authority of all other persons (maximum 4 persons) included in the holiday group to make the booking on their behalf.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% must accompany the completed Booking Form showing details of all the persons in the holiday group.
Under no circumstances may the booking be sold on, transferred, or gifted to any other person or persons.
The balance of the cost of the holiday must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the total cost of the holiday must be paid at the time of booking.
If we do not receive balance of payment by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and any deposit paid will be forfeit.
In the unlikely event that it becomes necessary for us to make a material change to your holiday arrangements we will notify the signatory to the booking form. We will endeavour to make alternative arrangements in similar accommodation or make a full refund of all money paid. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount paid.
The occupants of Holmedell must not exceed the 4 persons declared on the booking form. If it does, your holiday group will be refused access to the property or be asked to leave before the end of the holiday. You will not be entitled to any refund in these circumstances.
The property will be available after 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
Dogs must never be left alone in the Lodge, allowed to roam around the site or adjacent fields and are absolutely forbidden in bedrooms and on furniture. There must be no evidence that your pet has been at the property when you depart. You will be responsible for the cost of any damage or extra cleaning.
Duke’s Meadow is a private site and Holmedell is our personal property. You agree to respect other residents, treat our property and its contents with care and leave it clean and tidy. Please report to us, or our property manager, any malfunctioning equipment immediately and damage/ breakages before leaving so that we can fix/replace these prior to the arrival of the next guests. Damage or additional cleaning caused through neglect may be charged for.
